Hi everyone!
First things first: THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts to each and every one of you that has participated in our “Fan Stories” project. We have published 38 wonderful stories this year and still have several to publish in the coming weeks. We are thrilled that fan stories have become a hit with our readers! And so we do not want to stop here and call Damian Lewis fans one more time to answer the following question:
How did you become a Damian Lewis fan? 🙂
The fan stories we have published so far, all of which you can see here, attest to the fact that everyone has her or his own special experience in “discovering” Damian and ultimately becoming a fan. For early fans, it is about Damian’s fantastic portrayal of Dick Winters or Soames Forsyte. For some of us, latecomers, it is Charlie or Brody, and it seems new fans are joining the fandom thanks to Bobby! And then we have fans that “met” Damian when he hosted “Have I got News for you” on TV or when he was doing Hamlet on Broadway in 1995 while others “discovered” him thanks to his better half.
We believe these personal stories make a priceless series of posts that give us a wonderful opportunity for interaction as well as strengthen our feeling of community.
