In our first blog the Misfit mentioned making “alternative paths” for your favourite characters. You could have them deviate from the canon of the show because you are unhappy with it or just because you want to play around with different viewpoints. This brings us to this month’s blog which is crossing paths i.e. take characters from at least two different universes…say for example Life & Homeland and weave their stories together. Imagine Charlie Crews and Nicholas Brody meeting. They are two characters with similar tortured backgrounds, but who dealt with the aftermath of imprisonment very differently. Charlie was not for being anybody’s puppet and took full control of his life once he had escaped his imprisoned hell whereas, physically Brody may have escaped his cell, but mentally he never did. What would Charlie think of Brody? We also wondered, with the show Billions being picked up, how Damian’s characters on Showtime would interact if their paths crossed. Dear Damian, hope you have a happy, healthy, lucky and successful year, with your family and all your loved ones!
If you believe in yearly horoscopes (I really don’t but I still enjoy reading them) then 2015 will be a really GREAT year for Aquarius. But, honestly, when it comes to Damian’s year, we don’t really need to read his horoscope or read the tea leaves, or having grown up in Turkey, the coffee cup for him 🙂 His record just speaks for the entire year!

UPDATE 03/24: Drumroll! Showtime has just picked up Billions as a series. The series will be in filmed in NY later this year for a 2016 premiere on the network!

Well, it’s a challenge to catch up with Damian Lewis nowadays! In fact, he has collected quite a few frequent flier miles these couple of months on Transatlantic flights.
First, He was in LA for TCA Winter Press Tour for Wolf Hall, then he was in New York to shoot new Showtime Drama Pilot Billions. Then he was in Berlin for Queen of the Desert World Premiere at Berlinale 2015. “Billions” shoot starts in New York today!
USA Production News reports that Showtime drama pilot Billions shoot is starting today in New York ! So, Bobby “Axe” Axelrod is coming to life! I really hope we can get some daily updates during filming!
So, what do we know so far?
